What we collect

Contact details you give us when you order, enroll or call the concierge (name, company, work email, mobile number, delivery address), order details, call summaries, and payment status. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and never touch our servers.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your order, send confirmations and invoices, answer questions, and, with your consent, send text messages about your order or account. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages and calls

We text you only if you check the consent box or ask the concierge for a link. Calls to the concierge line are handled by an AI assistant and may be recorded and summarised for order accuracy. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.

Sharing

Stripe (payments), our point-of-sale and customer-management systems, our voice-assistant provider, delivery staff, and providers that host our website. Each receives only what it needs.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for tax and accounting purposes (seven years). Ask for a copy or deletion of your contact data at cateringcirclefl@gmail.com. Florida residents have the rights described in the Florida Digital Bill of Rights where it applies.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Your order draft is kept in your own browser. Stripe may set a cookie needed for fraud prevention during checkout.
