Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026. These terms govern catering orders from CateringCircle, the corporate catering concierge for SoFresh Carrollwood ("we").

Orders and notice

Lunch orders need 24 hours notice, events 48 hours. Orders are confirmed by text or email within one business hour; an order is not accepted until confirmed. Minimum order $50.00.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include set-up and compostable service ware. Card payments are processed by Stripe at the time of order. Invoice orders are due Net-15 from delivery; late balances accrue 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Florida law. Promotional codes apply to a first corporate order only and cannot be combined.

Changes and cancellation

Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before delivery for lunches and 48 hours for events. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the order; same-day cancellations after preparation has begun are charged in full.

Delivery

We deliver within our service area at the time you choose, within a 15-minute window. Provide access instructions; waiting time beyond 15 minutes may be billed.

Food safety and allergens

We offer gluten-free, vegan, high-protein, keto and dairy-free options, but we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen in a shared kitchen. Put allergies in your delivery notes. Food should be served within two hours of delivery.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida; venue is Hillsborough County.
